This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills you will need as a fitness instructor / personal trainer in order to to design safe and effective programmes of exercise for use outdoors, at home or at work.
For a wide variety of reasons, not all clients want to train in the traditional gymnasium environment. There is no restriction on the time you take. You can tailor your learning experience to suit your lifestyle and learning ability. You will also have access to tutor support should you require assistance.
