Course requirements
You should have experience in studio cycling and during the course you will gain further knowledge and skills by partcipating in work experience activities in the studio cycling environment.
Assessment
You will submit a portfolio of evidence which contains the following:
- Screening documentation for all participants
- Group Indoor Cycling Session Plan
- Risk assessment for the planned session
- Evidence of CPR/First Aid Certificate
You will then be observed instructing your group indoor cycling session. Following assessment you will carryout a written evaluation of your performance and create an action plan for your continued professional development.
Attendance Requirements
Distance Study Option Only - You are required to attend 1 assessment day on which you will complete all your assessments. Students residing outside the UK may submit a video for their assessment.
