This course will provide you with the knowledge of exercise and energy balance, eating behaviours and myths regarding dietary supplements and manipulations. This will enable you to provide appropriate nutritional advice, recommend appropriate healthy eating strategies and modify recipes and diets for a variety of needs. You will also be able to give advice on long term fat loss based on sound scientific principles.

You will commence your course by completing the Fitness Instructing Gym and then the Award in Circuit Training then you will move onto the Nutrition and Weight Management Module.
Assessment
You will be required to carryout a full analysis of a client's dietary habits and put together a weight management strategy which meets their goals.
There is also a multiple choice theory paper which is set and marked by the Awarding Body.
